At PEdALED, we want you to be fully satisfied with your technical cycling gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange any unworn item with original tags within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hangtags are attached and the product is in its original, unwashed condition.
Ship the Items
Print the provided prepaid shipping label and drop off your package at the nearest authorized courier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
